The institutional investor bought 11,636 shares of the company’s stock, valued at approximately $202,000.
Other hedge funds and other institutional investors also recently modified their holdings of the company. IFP Advisors Inc purchased a new stake in shares of Humanigen in the second quarter worth about $35,000. Meeder Asset Management Inc. purchased a new stake in shares of Humanigen in the second quarter worth about $49,000. Ameritas Investment Partners Inc. purchased a new stake in shares of Humanigen in the second quarter worth about $61,000. Zurcher Kantonalbank Zurich Cantonalbank purchased a new stake in shares of Humanigen in the second quarter worth about $89,000. Finally, Royal Bank of Canada boosted its position in shares of Humanigen by 21.1% in the first quarter. Royal Bank of Canada now owns 6,900 shares of the company’s stock worth $132,000 after buying an additional 1,200 shares during the period. 43.57% of the stock is owned by institutional investors.

I have no doubt that lenzilumab could be used against a variety of inflammation-related diseases, including encephalopathy. That in itself could mean a tremendous improvement in patients' quality of life.

Another indication where I hope lenz will be well-received is in the treatment of thrombosis. The doctors who are studying fluvoxamine for Covid 19 are looking at that, too.

The NIH found, as they did with lenzilumab, that, "There is insufficient evidence for the COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines Panel to recommend either for or against the use of fluvoxamine for the treatment of COVID-19."
