It is crazy that the XBI was $174.79 on Feb 9th. That is 59% higher than its current price of $110. An individual stock with bad news plummeting that much is conceivable but an entire sector falling that much is crazy. It does give hope the XBI is at rock bottom. If the XBI could get back to $120 or $130, HGEN could get back to $7 or $8.
